Broth Master "Taiwanese Specialty Dishes" Launched
Limited-Time Taiwanese Season Debuts with Peeled Chili and Clam Chicken Broth Series
The popular hot pot brand "Broth Master" announced its limited-time "Taiwanese Season" across all stores from now until June 30. Inspired by traditional family table favorites, the series features premium peeled chili and clam chicken broth.

The star broth, "Peeled Chili Clam Chicken Soup," selects high-quality peeled chilis from local contracted farms. Pickled in a chef-designed sauce, they blend sweet and spicy notes with chicken broth simmered with fresh vegetables.
Customers can also choose to add aged "Goji Berry Rice Wine" to enrich the broth. The seasonal dishes are now available in all 15 stores, and online reservations are open.
