At the recent Taiwan Ramen Awards, "Menya Itto" secured the "Annual Dipping Ramen Gold Medal" for its Signature Scallop Chicken Soup and Seafood Dipping Ramen, marking its third consecutive year winning.

The jury highlighted the kitchen team's strict quality control, broth consistency, and noodle texture, reflecting the Japanese Shokunin (craftsman) spirit at its finest.
