About Us
From the beginning, we have stayed close to the basics: cook well, serve with care, and make every guest feel at ease. That commitment became Alpha’s foundation, guiding us from a single brand into a multi-brand dining group with a clear voice in the market.
In 2025, Alpha reached a defining milestone as our Taiwan footprint grew from 17 to 38 stores. Alongside that momentum, we continue to strengthen operations, refine internal systems, and build a more open, positive team culture.
What carries us forward is the same belief that started it all: respect for craft, for our partners, and for every guest we serve. We will keep building brands worth loving, so every dish can become an experience people remember.
Future Outlook
2025 Overseas Chapter | Rooted in Taiwan, Expanding Across Asia
2025 marks Alpha Group's first overseas chapter, with our Singapore location opening the way into the international market. Moving forward, we will continue expanding toward Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, and other Asian markets.
